Welcome to escapecommand.com, my corner of the internet.

I’m Kevin, a Senior Technical Operations Engineer who builds AI-powered tools to automate the tedious parts of work. I’ve spent 15+ years in technical operations across companies like Enode, Adyen, DocuSign, and SugarCRM, and somewhere along the way I started writing code to solve the problems I kept running into.

This site is where I’ll share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and occasionally what I’m thinking about. Expect posts about:

  • AI-powered automation and building tools with LLMs that actually work in production
  • Technical operations and operationalizing support, commercial, and engineering workflows
